Must I pay a deposit?If you decide to rent you must pay a deposit of 30% within two days after receiving the rental contract. If your arrival is within the next 6 weeks you must pay the full rental rate. If you have already paid a deposit of 30% you should make the final payment at least 6 weeks before arrival. Who is SunflowerRentals.comSunflowerrentals.com LLC is a rental agency located in Florida who rents out vacation homes and condos. Will I get a rental contract?Yes, via email. The contract includes rental details, your personal details, payment details etc. Why is SunflowerRentals.com different?All our homes are individually owned, and so it is important that we have the time to give a more personal service matching the right home for the right customer. We only rent homes and are not involved in Real Estate or Property Management. Can I pay by credit card?Yes, all payments are made by a credit card system. Your credit card details are secure and not known to us. Is there a second payment?The payment system is that if you book a home you pay a deposit of 30% and the total amount must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date by credit card. Is there an arrival and departure time at the home?Your contract will state the details of arrival and departure. Normally you can arrive after 4 p.m. This gives enough time for the home to be prepared for you. We ask you to leave by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. When and how must I pay the final payment?If you have received a contract, the final payment date is included. You may use the same credit card system but you may use a different credit card if you wish. How much electricity is included in the rental?Your rental contract will give the estimated consumption which is included your agreement. Any excess use will be calculated by the property manager and charged to you on checking out. The meter is read on arrival and departure. 1 kwh = $0.1 Have I to pay for gas?Any gas consumed will be charged extra to your account and is not included in the rental rate. What if I have to cancel?In the unfortunate event of a cancellation we recommend renters to have travel insurance. Payments are not refundable.
